Author Carol Deering will be at the Library on April 24 at 2:00 showcasing her book “Havoc & Solace.”

Carla Stroh is hosting a Sip & Paint on Thursday April 25 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Newbies can paint their own work of art with Carla’s step-by-step instructions. You will create your own vintage truck barn wood art perfect for your home décor. Register by Friday April 22 with Niobrara Community Education office 334-2733. Location will be shared after registration. Cost is $40

Four Point Pitch Tournament Rules: Four Points: High, Low, Jack, Game Low Saves Itself. Winners move towards table one and cut for partners. You may throw in and take set, but once a card is led you must play rest of your hand. High card deals. Shoot-the-moon- go forward 11 or back 11. Dealer may over-moon. Sets-$0.25. Blessed #hotmess MOPS will hold a fundraiser chalk painting class on Monday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. Cost is $35 and will include all supplies (you receive a complete kit that you can re-use). All proceeds will go to the MOPS group for childcare and food costs.
