NIOBRARA COUNTY – The Niobrara County Library’s summer “Hey Kids!” program wrapped up on August 12. Ninety-two children registered for the program and 3,225 library books were read with 34 children meeting their reading goals each week throughout the twelve-weeks. The similar program for teens and adults had 51 participants with 15 people meeting their library reading goals throughout the summer. Prizes were provided by the Friends of the Library, the Niobrara County Library Foundation, the Library Board and individual donors.
