LUSK – Joseph ’Joe’ Kane Tully, 73, long time Lusk resident, passed away Tue., Dec. 1, at the University of Nebraska Hospital in Omaha, Neb. Memorial services will be held at a later date. A full obituary will be published at a later date.
Any memorial donations received will be used to establish a scholarship in the name of Joe Tully, and for any NCHS senior pursuing a degree in STEM education from a Wyoming college. These donations can be sent to:
