The Niobrara County Commissioners have made a decision to take proactive action and limit public access to the courthouse building beginning March 18, 2020 until after April 7, 2020. The courthouse will be closed to the public, but will be staffed. Doors will remain locked, but services will be available by phone, fax, email and online (www.niobraracounty.org). Curbside service will be available by appointment.
We feel that this will help limit exposure for our employees, our families, and the community. We remain committed to serving the public while minimizing exposure.
Depending on news of the virus in our region, decisions may change from day to day.
Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
