Local Notice as Part of the Environmental Notification Process for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC’s) Antenna Structure Registration


The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is proposing to construct a 100-foot self-supporting lattice telecommunications structure (105-foot overall height with appurtenances). The tower would be in Lusk, Wyoming in Niobrara County. The project is off of South Pine Street approximately 1,050 feet northwest of the South Pine Street and West Second Street intersection at 42°45’52.53”N, 104°27’26.83”W.

Interested persons may review the application for this project by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) Form 854 File Number “A1139641”.
Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the FCC within 30 days of this posting. Instructions for filing such requests can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online.
