NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 12th day of September, 2019, an Application for Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed with the above-named Court. If no objection has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the ownership of title to the property located in Wyoming.
1.    Donnie G. Gladson died on the 28th day of December, 2018 leaving an estate which is claimed to be less than $200,000.00 in value.
2.    The claiming distributees are the children of the deceased.
3.    The real property to be distributed is the following property:
    530 Seventh Ave Manville, WY 82227
    More particularly known as
    Manville OT Block 53 Lots 6 Thru 12
    Niobrara County, WY
    
4.    The property has been appraised at $13,700.00.
