NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATES OF STELLA MARGARET BACHELLER AND HAROLD I. BACHELLER, JR.:

    You are hereby notified that on November 4, 2019, an Affidavit and Application for a Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Niobrara County, Wyoming, Probate No. 2019-00282. In the Affidavit and Application, Harold I. Bacheller, III and Susan Bacheller-Steward, Co-Trustees of the Bacheller Family Trust dated January 3, 2003, amended on June 7, 2012 and restated on May 23, 2014 and Jean E. Mitchell, claim the real property owned by the Deceased described as follows:
    
An undivided overriding royalty and mineral interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from the following described lands situated in Niobrara County, Wyoming:

Township 36 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Niobrara County, Wyoming
Section 26: S/2

    Any action to set aside the Affidavit and Application must be filed in the above Court within thirty days (30) from the date of the first publication of this notice, by December 13, 2019.
