Elevated Towers LLC. would like to notify the public of their intention to build a guyed tower Form 854 File Number: A1149411 to be used for increased cellular coverage. The tower will be built on Oil Well Road off of US Highway 85. Height of the tower is 340’ and dual red and medium intensity lighting will be used. All interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest .
