Public Notice No. 5401


    To The Home Health Agency, LLC and To Whom It May Concern:

    Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of August, 2015 the following describing property, to wit:

Lot 1, Block 15, Subdivision entitled “Blocks 15 to 19 Inclusive” to the Original Town of Lusk
More commonly known as 201 W. Third Street
was sold by the Treasurer of Niobrara County, Wyoming at a sale of lands for delinquent taxes, due and unpaid thereon for the year 2014 assessment and taxed in the name of The Home Health Agency, LLC
      That Patrick Rutar became the purchaser of the Certificate of Purchase No. 4573 on the 11th day of August, 2015, for the sum of $343.35 being the whole amount of taxes and costs then due on said real estate.  
    That redemption should be made from said sale by payment to the County Treasurer of Niobrara County, Wyoming, of the above amount with interest and costs, together with all unpaid and subsequent taxes.
      That the time of redemption of said real estate from said tax sale will expire upon the application and filing for a tax deed, which will be three (3) months from the date of last publication of this Notice.  The last date of publication will be March 18th, 2020.  At that time the Treasurer of Niobrara County, State of Wyoming will convey by deed as by law required, the above described real estate to said Patrick Rutar, after which redemption will not be allowed.
