INVITATION FOR BIDS
TOWN OF LUSK
The Town of Lusk is seeking sealed bids for properties located in the Lusk Business Park.
Property #1: 1001 W. Eleventh Street, legal description of property - Lusk South Commercial Subdivision Block 1 lot 1, East Half of lot 1 21,344 square foot Lot, with town utilities, 3,040 square foot storage building, built 2010 with a concrete floor, two automatic overhead doors facing Eleventh Street, concrete parking area, manual overhead door on the west side, two entry doors, enclosed restroom on the west wall with cold running water, no primary heat other than the restroom, structure as a whole is insulated with utilities, exterior walls and roof are covered with metal, with a story height of around 16 feet.
Property #2: 1003/1005 W. Eleventh Street, legal description of property – Lusk South Commercial Subdivision Block 1 Lot 1, West Half of lot 1 21,344 square foot Lot, business building faces south towards West Eleventh Street, paved concrete parking area, 2,168 square foot frame structure office building is divided in half which can accommodate two separate businesses, all town utilities are available to the building, roof and exterior walls are covered with metal siding with rain gutters and down spouts.
Sealed bids will be received at the Lusk Town Hall, 201 East 3rd St, PO Box 390, Lusk, WY 82225 until 3:00 P.M. prevailing time, May 29th, 2020 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please mark outside envelope with “Bid for Property #1” or “Bid for Property #2”.
