NOTICE is hereby given that Chantry A. Filener intends to make application for a Treasurer’s Deed to the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 38 in the subdivision entitled “BLOCK 25 TO 40 INCLUSIVE” to the Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
The described property was purchased at a tax sale held on the 27th day of July 2016, for delinquent taxes, penalty, and interest for the year 2015. The Certificate of Purchase of described property was assigned to the applicant on the 14th day of August 2018. The property was taxed in the name of Roberts Quentin C, ATTN: Randy Roberts, 12301 Lowden LN, Manchaca, TX, 78652. The period of redemption expires on December 10, 2020. An Application for a Treasurer’s Deed will be made on the 11th day of December 2020. There is no party in actual occupancy or possession of the property, and no person in whose name the property was taxed or assessed can be found in Niobrara County, Wyoming. There are no known special assessments on the premise.
