Public Notice No. 5495

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Niobrara County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse for the purpose of seeking public comment on a Change of Zoning application filed with the Niobrara County Planning and Zoning Commission by VistaBeam Internet.
    Said application is to change the classifications on a parcel of land located in T31N, T65W, Section 14, from agriculture to industrial, the purpose of which is to erect an 80’ tower next to the existing tower.

    Written comments pertaining to these proposed Changes of Zoning may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners, PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing or emailed to bfreeman@niobraracounty.org prior to Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
