ORDINANCE NO. 11-20 - 800
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCE NO. 11-20-800 PROVIDING FOR DELINQUENT ACCOUNT PROCEDURES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 11-20-810.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance 11-20-800 of the “Municipal Code of Lusk,” 2004 is amended as follows:
11-20-800. Delinquent Account Procedure. In that water and sewer services provided by the Town to consumers are billed on the same monthly invoices as electricity, all are billed as one. Delinquency procedures, penalties, deposits and reconnect fees are provided in Ordinances 11-25-130 and 11-25-140 and those shall apply to this chapter.
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance 11-20-810 is repealed in that delinquency procedures are provided by Ordinance 11-20-800 as amended.
The Third and Final Reading will be on April 6th, 2021, 5:00 p.m. during the regular Council Meeting.
