NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LIMITED
RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 28TH day of February, 2022, the Niobrara Country
Club, filed an application for the renewal of a Limited Retail Liquor License in the Office
of the Clerk of the Town of Lusk, for the following place and premises to-wit:
Building in SE portion of a tract of land beginning at the NE corner
Of Sec. 13, T. 32 N. of R. 64 W., of the 6th P.M. thence S. 295. 16’,
along E. line of said Section, thence W. 295.16’, thence due N. 195.
16’ along E line of said section, thence 295.16’ along N. line to point of
beginning, in the Country Club addtion to the Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
And protest if any there be against the issuance of any such license will be heard at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on the 5th day of April, 2022, in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall.
