Invitation to Bid
The Town of Lusk is seeking sealed bids for S. Pine St. property with the legal description as follows:
Original Township, Block 3, Lots 14-15-16.
The property is classified as General Business Zoning. Property is 11,376 square feet. Property is supplied with a 1” water service connected to the Town of Lusk water system. The Town will accept the bids in the best interest of the Town with a starting bid of $6,000.00. Sealed bids will be received at the Lusk Town Hall, 201 East 3rd St, Lusk, WY until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, June 3rd, 2022 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
