TOWN OF VAN TASSELL
PROCLAMATION OF SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION

Due to material errors in the election conducted on May 3, 2022, as per Wyoming Statute 22-16-122, a special election shall be held on Tuesday May 24, 2022 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Van Tassell Town Hall.  Only those voters registered in Van Tassell at the close of the May 3, 2022 election are eligible to vote in the special election.  There will be no registration at the poll.

Offices to be filled at this election are:

2            Council Member        4 Year Term

Eligibility to run for office includes:
    •    Must be a Wyoming resident
    •    Citizen of the United States
    •    Must claim residency within the Town of Van Tassell town limits
    •    Must be 18 years of age of older
    •    Must not be convicted of a felony, or if convicted have had voting or civil rights restored.

Candidates in the May 3, 2022 are the candidates that will appear on the Special Election ballot.  

Every candidate is required by section 22-25 through 101-109 of the Wyoming Statutes to file an itemized statement of pertinent receipts and expenditures
