David Mooney, one of the claiming distributes of Faira Mooney, deceased, has filed with the District Court in Niobrara County, Wyoming, Probate No. 000330, an application for a decree setting over to:  

David L. Mooney – 50%
Rhonda McBride – 16.6666%
Catherine Brasher – 16.6667%
Darla Brown – 16.6667%

the following described real property:  

    a 1.36719% royalty interest in oil, gas and other minerals in, on and under the following described property:  

    Township 33 North, Range 66 West
    Section 8:  N-1/2

    a 0.93750% royalty interest in oil, gas and other minerals in, on and under the following described property:  

    Township 33 North, Range 66 West
    Section 9: W-1/2

a 0.23438% royalty interest in oil, gas and other minerals in, on and under the following described property:  

    Township 33 North, Range 66 West
    Section 5:  S-1/2

a 1.64063% royalty interest in oil, gas and other minerals in, on and under the following described property:  

    Township 33 North, Range 66 West
    Section 4:  S-1/2

If no objections are filed with the Court on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this notice, upon the 7th day of September, 2022, at 8:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court in Niobrara County in Lusk, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
