TOWN OF LUSK
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
August 5, 2022 12:00 P.M.
The Town of Lusk Council held a special meeting on Friday August 5, 2022, at 12:00p.m. The purpose of the meeting was for the Second Readings of Ordinance No. 1-1005 and Ordinance No. 1-1006.   

Present: Mayor Doug Lytle, Council Members Dean Nelson, Chantry Filener, Attorney Dennis Meier, Desirae Matthews-LeLeux Clerk/Treasurer, and Council Members Tom Dooper and Adam Dickson attended by phone.
Mayor Lytle called the meeting to order at 12:04p.m.
Old Business:
COUNCIL MEMBER DOOPER MOVED, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER DICKSON to approve both, Ordinance No. 1-1005, An Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance And Sale By The Town Of Lusk, Wyoming, Of Its Water Revenue Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2022, Dated ________, 2022, In The Maximum Principal Amount of $1,657,000, In Anticipation Of The Issuance By The Town Of Its Water Revenue Bond In The Principal Amount of $1,657,000, For The Purpose Of Providing A Portion Of The Costs For Improvements To The Town’s Water System; And Authorizing The Members Of The Governing Body And Employees Of The Town To Take Any And All Actions Necessary To Effectuate The Issuance And Sale Of Said Note And The Consummation Of Said Transactions; and Ordinance No. 1-1006, An Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance And Sale By The Town Of Lusk, Wyoming, Of Its Sewerage Revenue Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2022, Dated ________, 2022, In The Maximum Principal Amount of $1,362,000, In Anticipation Of The Issuance By The Town Of Its Sewerage Revenue Bond In The Principal Amount of $1,362,000, For The Purpose Of Providing A Portion Of The Costs For Replacing The Town’s Sanitary Sewerage Systems; And Authorizing The Members Of The Governing Body And Employees Of The Town To Take Any And All Actions Necessary To Effectuate The Issuance And Sale Of Said Note And The Consummation Of Said Transactions, on Second Reading.
A voice vote was taken.  COUNCIL MEMBER DOOPER VOTED AYE, COUNCIL MEMBER DICKSON VOTED AYE, COUNCIL MEMBER FILENER VOTED AYE, COUNCIL MEMBER NELSON VOTED AYE, AND MAYOR LYTLE VOTED AYE.  MOTION CARRIED
