SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
                
COME NOW the Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel, Conner Nicklas of the Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, and hereby state their complaint against the Defendants, ETSI Pipeline Project and its Unknown Heirs at Law, Successors and Assigns and Energy Transportation Systems, Inc., and its Unknown Officers, Directors and Shareholders, Personal Representatives, Heirs at Law, Successors and Assigns (hereinafter referred to as “Defendants”) pursuant to W.R.C.P. 4, give notice of suit and service of publication on the Defendants.

The original owner of the easements listed above, Defendant Energy Transportation Systems, Inc., assigned many of the easements to Defendant ETSI Pipeline Project on April 15, 1983.  Said assignments are found in book 327 pages 89-98.
A Complaint in the above-captioned matter has been filed in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District, State of Wyoming, County of Niobrara. Pursuant to W.R.C.P. Rule 12(a)(1)(A)(iii), the Defendants are hereby notified that they are required to file with the Clerk and serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney an answer to the Complaint to Quiet Title on or before January 13, 2023.  Failure to do so may result in a judgment by default being entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
