Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (Niobrara), for authority to revise its rules and regulations regarding its business hours.
1. Niobrara is a public utility subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction. Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-2-112 and 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C).
2. On April 26, 2023, Niobrara filed an Application requesting authority to revise its rules and regulations regarding its business hours. Niobrara proposed changing its business hours from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and 7:30 AM-4 PM Friday, to 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and closed on Friday.

4. Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest or request for a public hearing in this matter must do so, in writing, on or before May 31, 2023. Petitions shall set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.
