Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of April, 2019 in the Commissioners’ Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse, Lusk, WY.
The purpose of said hearing is to receive public comment on an application for change of zoning received from Bruce M. Kilmer and Barbara J. Kilmer, requesting a change of zoning from Agricultural to Industrial on land located in the SW/4 of Section 17, Township 33 North, Range 62 West (containing 353,398.82 square feet or 8.11 acres).
Brief Description of plans: The property is currently in agricultural use. The applicant is under contract to sell the property to ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline, LLC. ONEOK Elk Creek intends to construct an unmanned pump station to support their existing Elk Creek Pipeline.
In addition, the Board will review an application for a subdivision permit related to this change of zoning application.
Any and all interested persons may appear and be heard at the specified time and place in regard to matters pertaining to the change of zoning application. Written comments pertaining to these changes may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners at PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing.
