There is a haunted house in Lusk. The present owners of the house have not been bothered much by the resident ghost, but have had incidents happen to make them believe she is there.
One incident that occurred involved the owner’s son. She was in the kitchen and her son walked in and placed a spoon on the counter. As he started away, the spoon flew into the air and fell to the floor.
The present owners commented that perhaps they are too rowdy for the ghost to appear too much for them.
The ghost has shown herself to former owners. A lady with an aura of light around her appeared before the French doors. She smiled and disappeared when approached. This happened at least twice.
Sounds of a rocking chair rocking have been heard upstairs. There was no rocking chair upstairs. The smell of fresh flowers has been noticed when there were no flowers present.
Lights would flip on and off for no apparent reason and a man has been seen standing in the basement. Sounds of nose blowing and coughing have also been heard.
One day a former owner was in the basement doing laundry. She looked up to see her two-year old falling down the stairs. As she ran to catch him, he became suspended in the air. When she took hold of him, she could see stretch marks in the back of his T-shirt as if someone had been holding him. Is it haunted? What do you think?
