Another youth baseball season has come and gone and the Reds Minors won their final game of the season with an 11-5 win at the Douglas Mariners. The youngsters finished with a 2-2-1 record, providing hope for the next few seasons.
The Majors season ended on a down note as they were missing several older kids and had to borrow players from the Minors squad. On June 21, the Douglas Twins won by a 12-0 score. Two days later the Diamondbacks came to Northside Park and faced little resistance in the 17-6 win. Lusk then cancelled their final game due to a lack of players available and ended up with a 1-7 record.
