Bob served our country as a Marine and spent his entire working career with the Federal Government. He loved many things…his family, his friends, fishing, hunting, gardening, thrift stores, garage sales, and creating “treasures” for friends and family. Above all else he loved Wyoming. He is survived by his wife Barbara, brother Gene Blackmore, sister Marcia Gunderson, and his children Scott Blackmore and Penny Sherlock as well as four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on August 10, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Lusk Cemetery in Lusk, WY.
