Truck drivers, tow operators and other heavy-equipment operators honked their horns and flashed their lights in honor of the passing of fellow truck driver and former Wyoming Highway Patrolman Sheldon Poage, who passed away June 9, 2021. The June 17 procession went down Main Street in Torrington at about 9:40 a.m. before ending at the First Wyoming United Presbyterian Church for Poage’s 10 a.m. Funeral service.
