LUSK – The Stagecoach Museum in Lusk will be opening for the season on May 16. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Stop in to see the last actual stagecoach to carry passengers between Cheyenne and Deadwood.
Check out new exhibits in the Native American room. Learn about how the early natives mined quartzite at the Spanish Diggings.
As one visitor from New Mexico commented last summer, “The most amazing and BEST western history museum I’ve ever seen – anywhere! Things here that are found nowhere else!!”
Rich in both local and state-wide history the museum is housed in the old National Guard armory building located at 322 South Main Street.
