PINE HAVEN – The Niobrara County Tiger golf team finally got their season underway on Saturday, April 24th.
The team was scheduled to have meets in Upton, Big Horn, Tongue River and Sundance, but were all cancelled due to weather in the earlier part of April. On Saturday, they travelled to Pine Haven and the Keyhole Country Club to compete in their first meet of the Spring Season which was hosted by Moorcroft.
The Tiger’s boys team consisted of freshman Camden Rose and four girls competed at Pine Haven.
Returning all-state golfers Joz Potter (senior) and Sierra Eaton (sophomore) welcomed first time team members into competition in Lily Krueger (sophomore) and Phoebe Albright (freshman).
