The Tiger Wrestling team worked hard over Christmas break to stay in shape for the competition against Newcastle on January 5th. The overall team record was 4-7, the boys worked hard to make sure they could keep the record. To start off the night, our first wrestler was Alaryn Craggs with a record of 1-1, then we had Kade Clark with a 0-1 record, William Fish with a 0-1, Dexter Anderson with a 0-1, Damien Molzahn with a 0-1, Pacen GIfford with a 1-0, Dmitri Richards with a 1-0, Riley Ross with a 1-0, Cole Mellott with a 0-1, and Tim Ross with a 0-1. The boys worked extra hard that night and plan to show more improvement as the season progresses.

This weekend the Tiger wrestling team travelled to Douglas for the Shane Shatto Tournament. There were a lot of teams that participated at this invite and showed lots of competition. The boys had an outstanding overall record that came to 19-22. Their personal records showed promise as well. Alaryn Craggs had a record of 1-4, Kade Clark with a record of 2-3, William Fish with a 1-2, Dexter Anderson with a 3-2, Damien Molzahn with a 4-1, Pacen Gifford with a 4-1, Dmitri Richards with a 1-4, Riley Ross with a 0-2, Cole Mellott with a 0-2, and Tim Ross with a 3-1 record. As the season continues, we‚are expecting big things from these boys and they‚are definitely ready for any challenge.
