INVITATION FOR BIDS TOWN OF LUSK The Town of Lusk is seeking sealed bids for a cash lease for haying at the Lusk Municipal Airport. The property is located at 4369 US HWY 20. Legal description of property – 32-36 SEC 10 Part of SW; SEC 14 Part of W2; SEC 15 Part of NW. It is approximately 200 acres. The terms of the lease include but are not limited to: Hay must be removed from the leased property within one week after bailing. Lease is subject to the terms of existing leases.

The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) will meet at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, and WOGCC Examiners will meet beginning Monday, January 8, 2024, and subsequent days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to consider the following matters at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.

All creditors and other interested parties take notice that TOWN OF LUSK has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract for the following project LUSK 3rd STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT completed by STC CONSTRUCTION, CO., INC. and their subcontractors.

The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (NEA) to revise its rules and regulations regarding business hours subject to notice, protest, intervention, possible hearing, refund, change, further investigation, and further order of the Commission.
