John Cody Miller

John Cody Miller, also known as Cody Miller, 67, of Gillette, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Campbell County Health.
Cody was born August 11, 1957, in Lusk, Wyoming, to John and Wanda Miller. Cody and his siblings, Roxie, Pam, Vicky and Nicky grew up in Lusk, where they were known to cause good-humored mischief.
Cody loved his career following the rodeo circuit as a pick-up man. He was a genuine cowboy through and through. Cody lived for a while in Arizona, then moved to Buffalo, Wyoming, before settling in Gillette, Wyoming.
Before Cody retired, he was enjoying the sun as a maintenance and groundskeeper for the Bell Nob Golf Club. Cody was an avid follower of the Wyoming Cowboy football team, as well as a diehard fan for the Arizona Cardinals.
Cody is survived by his mother, Wanda; siblings, Roxie, Vicky, and Nicky; daughter, Shannon; grandson, Fabien; and nephews, Cory, Shawn and Kolter.
Cody was predeceased into heaven by his father, John; stepfather, Phil; sister, Pam; nephew, Jeremy; and niece, Tara.
