LUSK – Come one, come all and enjoy Lusk’s first annual Farmer’s Market on Saturday, May 10 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon in the parking lot of Hometown Country.
The Farmer’s Market, weather always pending, will be held from May through October and will be every second Saturday of the month. There are currently 20 spots available and there are still some open spots for this weekend.
The Niobrara Chamber of Commerce will offer available spots for free to Chamber members. Nonmembers will have a fee of $10 a month or $45 for all six months. If anyone wishes to sign up and sell their homemade foods or homegrown vegetables from their gardens, call the Niobrara Chamber of Commerce at 507-351-0052 or email luskchamberofcommerce@yahoo.com. Checks made payable to Niobrara Chamber of Commerce and, if the Farmer’s Market is cancelled because of weather, refunds will be made.
