NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LIMITED
RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of February, 2023, the Lusk Elks BPO #1797 filed an application for the renewal of a Limited Retail Liquor License in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Lusk, for the following place and premises to-wit:
Old grade school building located at 6th and Elm, zoned General Business in the Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
And protest if any there be against the issuance of any such license will be heard at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on the 5th day of April, 2023, in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall.
