PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Niobrara County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse for the purpose of seeking public comment on a Change of Zoning application filed with the Niobrara County Planning and Zoning Commission by Five Nine Design Group.
The purpose of this meeting is to receive public comment on the issuance of two special use permits on land located in T32N, R63W, Section 5- Tract SESESW (1.82 acres), and in T38N, R60W, Section 3, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 to place an unmanned pre-manufactured fiber optic utility building on each parcel of land with only fiber and electricity going to it. These buildings will run 24/7 and will be visited once a month for service.
Written comments pertaining to these proposed Changes of Zoning may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners, PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing or emailed to bfreeman@niobraracounty.org prior to Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
