ORDINANCE NO. 11-25-120
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11-25-120 TO ADD A SUBPARAGRAPH (e) PROVIDING RATES FOR YARD LIGHTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
SECTION ONE: A subparagraph (e) shall be added to Ordinance No. 11-25-120 providing rates for “Yard Lights” to-wit:
(e) Rates for Yard Lights Leased from Town or Owned by Customers.
(1) Unmetered Yard Light (Town of Lusk owned and leased to customers).
One (1) yard light ………………………………………………….. $12.50
Two (2) yard lights ………………………………………………… $25.50
Three (3) yard lights ……………………………………………… $37.50
(2) Metered Yard Lights (Customer owned and connected to load side of customer’s electric service).
No monthly fee. Town will repair and replace; Customer pays costs of repair and replacement, both labor and parts.
SECTION TWO: All other provisions of Ordinance 11-25-120 shall remain the same.
The Third and Final reading of this Ordinance will be at the June 4, 2024 council meeting.
