Town of Lusk Ranger Alley Improvements
General Notice
The Town of Lusk is requesting Bids for the construction of the Town of Lusk Ranger Alley Improvements Project.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town Clerks office located at Lusk Town Hall, 201 E. 3rd Street P.O. Box 390 Lusk, WY 82225., until June 27th, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work
Street improvements within the alley south of 3rd Street between Pine Street and Main Street.
These improvements involve the removal and replacement of existing surface. Additionally, utility structures will be adjusted, and approaches improvement will be made throughout the project limits as shown in the contract drawings. Estimated Construction Cost is $100k-$150K.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 20th, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. at the Lusk Town Hall, 201 East 3rd Street, Lusk, WY 82225.
A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder’s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required by the awarded contractor per the construction manual.
