Notice of Action to Appoint a Wrongful Death Representative for Gideon Hendricks
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
That on or about December 29, 2023, Gideon Hendricks died in Niobrara County, Wyoming, of unnatural causes. That on July 12, 2024, Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company instituted an action in the Wyoming District Court in Niobrara County, Wyoming, for the appointment of Michael Hendricks as the wrongful death representative for the purposes of bringing a wrongful death action for the death of Gideon Hendricks. The action instituted by Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company in the Niobrara County District Court for the State of Wyoming is:

Any person claiming to qualify as a person who will best represent the interests of the potential beneficiaries under Wyoming Statute 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right. The notice shall be published for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which Gideon Hendricks resided at the time of his death, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
A report of all reasonably ascertainable beneficiaries shall be made to the District Court in and for Niobrara County, Wyoming. Any person claiming to be beneficiaries of Gideon Hendricks should immediately notify Michael T. Sullivan, Esq. at his address as follows:
