To: All persons interested in the Estate of Francie M. Goode:
You are hereby notified that on the 17th day of July, 2024, Matthew W. Fowler filed an application in the Eighth Judicial District Court in and for the County of Niobrara, State of Wyoming, stating that Francie M. Goode died on August 6, 2023 in Newcastle, Wyoming; that she was a resident of Newcastle, Wyoming at the time of her death; and that at the time of her death she owned the following real property interests located in Niobrara County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Said application prays that the Court enter a decree establishing right, title, and interest to the above-described property, and setting over decedent’s interest therein to Matthew W. Fowler.
You are hereby further notified that if no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this notice, the court shall enter a decree establishing the right, title, and interest in and to the above-described property to Matthew W. Fowler. If an objection to the application is filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, the court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the court shall enter an order either denying or granting the application.
