NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan is available for review.
A public hearing by the Niobrara County Planning Commission will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Niobrara County Fairgrounds Auditorium for the purpose of hearing public comment on the 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan. Any and all interested persons may appear and be heard.
Copies of the proposed 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan may be reviewed at the following locations:
Niobrara County Courthouse
Niobrara County Library
Lusk Herald (between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday)
Niobrara County Conservation District Office
The draft 2024 Niobrara County Land Use Plan may be downloaded from the Niobrara County Website at niobraracounty.org.
