CHARTER ORDINANCE 1-1004 AMENDED
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE 1-1004 ADOPTED THE 2ND DAY OF JULY 2024 PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATIONS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY ALL THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING, SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS, PURPOSES AND AMOUNTS OF SUCH APPROPRIATIONS AND FIXING THE SAME AS THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2025.
The Lusk substation lost two of its three regulators that need to be replaced as the system is currently running on bypass with one regulator.
