NOTICE OF PROBATE (SUMMARY PROCEDURE TO ALL PERSONS INTEREST IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on September 11, 2025 Application for Summary Procedures for Distribution of Mineral Interests was filed with the above-named court. The Application states as follows:
1. The decedent’s full name was: William David Pirnie, a/k/a William M. Pirnie.
2. More than 30 days have elapsed since decedent’s death on October 4, 1990.
3. The following distributees of the decedent estate as defined the Wyoming Statutes 2-1-301 a(xiii). All distributees of the decedent are listed as follows:
Bill Pirnie, Robert L. Pirnie, James Daniel Pirnie, Susan Craig, Martin Pirnie
John Worrell, Marjorie Bryner, Jeanie Fidler, Jim Worrell
Zane Carlson, Lee Ann Edelman, Travis Carlson, Dorothy J. Martens, Lowell D. Pirnie
4. The value of the Decedent’s entire estates, located in Wyoming or otherwise subject to probate administration in this state, less any liens or encumbrances, does not exceed four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000).
5. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction within the State of Wyoming.
6. The claiming distributees are entitled to delivery of the property, and there are not other distributees of the decedent having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings.
7. The property being claimed is the real property located in Niobrara and Converse Counties, Wyoming consisting of a 1/10th undivided Mineral Interest owned by Decedent in the following described properties:
A. Township 35 North. Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 7: Lot 4; Section 18: Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4NE4); North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N2NW4), containing 160 acres, more or less, Niobrara County, Wyoming.
B. Township 35 North. Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. Section 14: West Half (W2); West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W2NE4), containing 400 acres, more or less, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
C. Township 35 North. Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 22: East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E2NE4); Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE4) Section 23: Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW4NW4), containing 160 acres, more or less, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
D. Township 34 North. Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. Section 3: Lots 1 and 2, South Half of Northeast Quarter (S2NE4); Southeast Quarter (SE4); Section 4: Lot 1 and 2, South Half of Northeast Quarter (S2NE4); Southeast Quarter (SE4); containing 641.94 acres, more or less, in Niobrara and Converse Counties, Wyoming.
E. Township 34 North. Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 4: Lots 3, 4, East Half (E2), containing 400.61 acres, more or less, in Converse County, Wyoming.
F. Township 34 North. Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. Section 2: South Half (S2); Section 3: Lots 1, 2, 3 4, South Half of North Half (S2N2); South Half, containing 986 acres, more or less, in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
G. Township 35 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. Section 7: Lot 4; Section 18: Lots 1,2,3,4; East Half of East Half (E2E2), Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter (SW4NE4); Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter (SE4NW4); Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter (NE4SW4); West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2SE4); Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW4NE4); Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE4NW4);
H. Township 35 North. Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. Section 10: South Half of Southeast Quarter (S2SE4); Section 11: South Half of Southwest Quarter (S2SW4);
Section 13: West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW4); East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E2NE4); North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N2SE4); Section 14: All;
Section 15: East Half (E2); Section 22: East Half of Northwest Quarter (E2NW4), Northeast Quarter (NE4); Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SE4);
Section 23: Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW4NW4); East Half of the East Half (E2E2); West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2SE4);
Section 24: West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW4); Southwest Quarter (SW4);
Section 25: Northwest Quarter (NW4); Section 26: North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NE4); containing 3047 acres, more or less, in Niobrara County, Wyoming; Together with the rights of ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of operating and developing the properties for oil, gas and other minerals. Together with whatever Decedent owned, (despite any descriptions used or any quantum of interest recited) in and to all oil, gas, coal, uranium, and other mineral interests, including all royalty interests, all overriding royalty interests, all working interests and any other oil and gas and/or other mineral leasehold interests owned in any oil and gas lease or leases and/or other mineral lease or leases or in lands and/or leases pooled or communitized located in Niobrara County and Converse County, Wyoming, in which the Decedent owned any interests therein (or in which the Decedent had a right or claim to an interest therein) now and hereafter discovered interest.
