Barb Rapp, age 70 of Lusk, Wyoming, died Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Niobrara Community Hospital in Lusk. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Lusk, Wyoming. Interment will follow at Lusk Cemetery.
