LUSK – Edgar “Ed” Jess Boner, 94, lifelong Niobrara County resident, passed away July 12, 2021, at the Niobrara Health and Life Center.
A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, August 1, at 3 p.m. at the Congregational Church in Lusk.
