CASPER – Wyoming Inmate Richard Thomas Fountaine II is on escape status from a secure unit of the Casper Residential Center (CRC) as of approximately 9:45pm on Friday, December 28, 2018.
Fountaine is five foot eight inches tall, approximately 148 lbs., Caucasian, and has dirty blond hair and hazel eyes. He is 29 years old. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He has numerous tattoos on his neck, chest and arms.
Fountaine was serving a sentence for burglary. He was sentenced out of Park County in June of 2017 to 3 to 5 years prison.
Fountaine was discovered missing following a facility count at the CRC. Local and State Law Enforcement have been notified.
Fountaine should be considered dangerous and should not be approached. If seen, call 911 immediately. If you have any information on his whereabouts you may also contact the Natrona County Sheriff’s Department at (307) 235-9282.
