FORT MORGAN, Colo. – Jerry Dalrymple, 83, and Wyoma Dalrymple, 77, were called home to be with their Lord and Saviour on December 22 and December 25, 2021.
Jerry was born May 31, 1938, in Sterling, Colorado, to Percy and Ethel Dalrymple. Wyoma was born September 16, 1944, in Lusk, Wyoming to Charles and Dorothy Walsh.
Jerry moved to Fort Morgan with his family sometime around 1942. In 1962, Wyoma moved to Fort Morgan after graduating high school. Jerry and Wyoma met and were married in August 1964. Together they ran Jerry’s Auto Repair just outside Log Lane Village and raised their family. In their retirement years, they lived between their homes in Loveland and Fort Morgan. Jerry enjoyed driving country roads, scouting paths not yet taken. Wyoma enjoyed gardening, especially growing tomatoes. They enjoyed spending time with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jerry and Wyoma are survived by three daughters, Dixie (Bruce) Child, Debbie Dalrymple, and Dawn Dalrymple, a son, Douglas Dalrymple, two grandsons, Alex Dalrymple and Andrew Child, and two great-grandchildren, Alison Dalrymple and Jackson Dalrymple. Jerry is also survived by sisters Marilyn Gies and Helen (Gary) Wood and brothers Paul (Donna) Dalrymple, David (Judy) Dalrymple, Timothy (Susie) Dalrymple. Wyoma is also survived by a sister, Thelma Hansen, and a brother, Melvin (Karen) Walsh.
Celebration of life services will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 2 p.m. at LifeBridge Christian Church located at 10345 Ute Highway in Longmont, Colorado where Jerry and Wyoma were members and served for over 25 years.
