As of January 6, 2019, the aforementioned address is considered abandoned. All residential personal properties including but not limited to furniture, kitchen and personal belongings are considered abandoned.
To claim said properties the named individual or verified representative must provide written intent to claim by 5:00 pm MST, January 31, 2019.
All items not claimed will be disposed of following this date.
