Lusk Municipal Well No. 1 Replacement Project
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lusk has accepted the work as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules set forth in the Contract dated May 3rd, 2019 between the Town of Lusk and DC Drilling LLC, the Prime Contractor on the Lusk Municipal Well No. 1 Replacement Project, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof. On Tuesday, January 21, 2020, the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, The Town of Lusk will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due the Contractor under said contract. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and the sureties on the Contractors bond from any claim or claims for labor performed and materials furnished in the execution of the contract. All persons having claims for the labor and materials furnished to the Contractor must present same to the Town of Lusk (Linda Frye, Clerk/Treasurer, Town of Lusk, P.O. Box 390, Lusk, WY 82225) prior to the specified date of final settlement.
