NOTICE OF INTENT OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MABEL ARDETH DIXON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 19, 2009 TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST PROPERTY PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE TRUST

    YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Mabel Ardeth Dixon established the Mabel Ardeth Dixon Revocable Trust Dated October 19, 2009.  Mabel Ardeth Dixon died on August 23, 2020.   Richard Murray, with mailing address of PO Box 668, Lusk, WY 82225, Debra Murray, with mailing address of PO Box 668, and Judith A. Barlow, with mailing address of 565 Garfield Lane, Simpson, IL 62985, are the Successor Trustees.  They intend to make distribution of Trust property pursuant to the terms of the Trust no less than 120 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice.   

A claim against the property of this Trust or to contest the validity of the trust that was revocable at the time of her death, must be delivered to any of the Successor Trustees or to the attorney for the Trustees, Doyle J. Davies at PO Box 330, Lusk, WY 82225 or at 117 S. Main, Lusk, WY, provided however, they must be delivered within 120 days of the date of the first publication.
