NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE
ESTATE OF RONALD MORRIS ALLEN
YOU RE NOTIFIED that on the 1st day of October 2021, Ronda B. Pfister 18424 US Hwy 85, Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming 82225, daughter of the Decedent, filed an Application for Decree pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205 and W.S. §2-1-201, 1977 Republished Edition as amended, in the District Court for Niobrara County, Eighth District, Docket #PR-2021-0317.
The Application requests that the Court enter a Decree establishing that the decedent’s interest in a financial account, be distributed to Ronda B. Pfister, Steven M. Allen, Ronald Michael Allen, and Rebecca L. Nuss, equally.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that if there are no objections filed by the 6th day of November, 2021, which is thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, the property interest more fully described in the Application will be distributed to Ronda B. Pfister, Steven M. Allen, Ronald Michael Allen, and Rebecca L. Nuss, equally.
