The Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming intends to apply for funding for Lusk Streets and Utilities Reconstruction Improvement Project, remainder of Phase II and part of Phase III, from USDA Rural Development’s Water and Environmental Programs in the amount of $7,500,000 loan and/or grant.
