Richard Neal Jassman, 75, of Lusk, passed away Sun., Jan. 5, 2020, at University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colo. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 25 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Lusk. A full obituary will follow.
